Distilled by the Krassel family in their custom designed pot & column stills and blended from 12 hand selected casks. 82% was aged tropically for 38 months in New French Oak and distilled on the customer column still, while the rest was distilled on the pot still and aged for 40 months in the same new oak. It's slowly proofed down from the waters of Santa Maria's "Rio Blanco" that have been distilled in the same stills. Bottled at 46.1% alc by vol without any color, sugar, flavor additions or chillfiltration. The result is a new class of spirit that's changing our perception of sugar cane rum and creating accessibility to this incredibly special and unique spirit that has never existed before.
