This Riesling is outrageously good! It will hold its own against any Riesling from Germany. Classically dry in style, with stone fruits, key lime, fresh orange, white peach. All of this surrounded by a vibrant acidity and just the slightest whiff of (classic) petrol. It's pretty, it's dry and it's complex. It is also organic! Soooo many winning points here.
