Reviewed October 2025A trace of wood frames softly exotic, fresh and spicy aromas of white peach, lemon confit, iodine and
oyster shell. There is lovely intensity to the refined medium-bodied flavors that flash evident minerality on the dry, focused andimpressively long and equally bone-dry finish. This succulent but punchy effort has the stuffing to repay up to a decade ofkeeping yet should be reasonably approachable young too.

Bill Nanson Burgundy Report: "This 100% 500-litre barrel. A delicate start, with elegant florals. Larger in scale – quite architectural. That last opens and opens ever wider. This starts large and slowly narrows as it fades. Really super but conceptually I prefer the approach and shape of the Preuses…"(10/2024)
