2023 Domaine Seguinot Bordet Chablis Grand Cru "Les Preuses"

There is excellent Chablis typicity to the wafting and elegant nose of green apple, pear, crushed fennel, citrus, tidal pool and fresh oysters. Here too there is a succulent mouthfeel to the bigger-bodied though equally refined medium-bodied flavors that culminate in a bitter lemon, balanced and beautifully persistent finale. Like the Vaudésir, this shouldrepay up to a decade of keeping though I suspect it will be less approachable young.
