Notes
A blend of 90% Pinot Gris and 10% Riesling, this is a coastal influenced orange wine from organically farmed, Santa Barbara county fruit. 15 days on skins in old native redwood fermenters. Aged in neutral french barrels for 6 months, then racked into stainless steel for the last 2 months of aging. Bottled unfiltered, unfined, 15ppm of sulfur. No additives. Made by Ryan Stirm.
