It sees 11 or so months in barrel, and is made whole cluster pressed with no crushing, and only 10-15% new French oak. Sitting on lees, before being lightly racked and fined. Lush fruits, tropical flavours and rich lemon depth, yet another Oregon Chardonnay building the case for this variety's brilliance here. (CP)
