Flavio Roddolo’s Barolo is a powerful and traditionally crafted expression of Nebbiolo, showcasing structure, depth, and a rugged elegance. The nose is intense and complex, revealing aromas of ripe red cherry, black plum, and dried rose, intertwined with notes of tobacco, licorice, and earthy spice. The palate is bold and structured, offering deep red fruit, firm yet finely grained tannins, and a distinct mineral core, all balanced by vibrant acidity. A long, commanding finish lingers with nuances of balsamic, cedar, and savory herbs.
