This is a sun-kissed, plushly textured blend of equal parts Grenache Blanc, Bourboulenc, Roussanne and Clairette, sourced entirely from limestone soils. Vinified and matured in 20–25% new French oak, it's supple but freshly balanced and highlights pristine yellow apple, apricot and grapefruit flavors. While it drinks beautifully already, it should gain savory complexities through 2028. (ALI)
