Laberinto has three hectares of pinot in a corner of its property next to Lake Colbún, in the Andean Maule. The place is cool, with a southern exposure, and was planted in 1995. The grapes were harvested manually and the wine was fermented in concrete tanks and then allowed to rest in barrels for about eight months before bottling. It is a fresh pinot radiant in red fruits and full of energy. The palate offers lively acidity and a little sweetness toward the end of the finish that makes it friendlier. Pure juicy fruit in a red for baked fatty fish.

A very elegant pinot with aromas of raspberries, red cherries, white pepper and some fine herbs. Succulent and elegant, with a medium body and fine, thoughtful tannins. Very soft extraction. Drink now.
