The 2016 Les Fiefs de Lagrange is medium to deep garnet colored. It rocks up with ready-to-go scents of Morello cherries, juicy blueberries, and cassis, plus suggestions of charcoal, black olives, and forest floor. The medium-bodied palate has lovely freshness and tension, featuring plenty of crunchy black fruits and ripe, grainy tannins, finishing with a skip in its step. (LPB)
