2022 Domaine Pinson Chablis Grand Cru "Les Clos"

The 2022 Chablis Les Clos Grand Cru has a seductive bouquet that is more fruit-forward than its peers, with orange pith, lime and light vanilla pod scents. The palate is fresh and tangy on the entry, with mandarin and orange rind, focused towards the finish with a waxy texture that is very pleasing. Real concentration here, but it is harnessed and controlled by the terroir. Bottled under Diam 5. Tasted blind at the annual Burgfest tasting.(NM)
