This is a crazy value at under $30! White flowers and Orchard fruits dominate the nose while the palate is a richly-textured combination of citrus and orchard fruits that create a complex and harmonious wine. Easy to drink and impossible not to enjoy this is a tasty Gruner Veltliner from one of the greatest vineyard sites in Austria.

So far, this is my favorite Gruner of the year. A super clean nose with white fruits, citrus, and clean, fresh oak. It is a bit bigger on the palate with mouth-coating pear and lemon cream fruit. For the quality that you get here, the price is pretty spectacular, too. Spectacularly affordable!

As I taste through all of these Allram wines, it really is impressing me how the pricing does actually track with what I also feel is the overall quality of the wines. This matters because I am a fancy wine review man. However, this isn't always the case with wine, as you've likely found out before. The nose on this is subtle and pretty, there's some stone fruit and some citrus. The palate is has depth but also breadth, there's a vastness to it that is saved and focused by the acidity, bringing everything to a joined point in the finish. This is just really lovely and yet unmistakably of quality. The best pairing I can think of is what the always wonderful and super smart Lilia suggested, which is a pork schnitzel. Yumyum perfection.
