This is also quite reserved but extremely pretty as the reticent nose blends high toned notes of cranberry and red raspberry with those of plum, dark cherry and a whiff of sandalwood. The succulent, round and utterly delicious medium weight flavors possess a seductive mouthfeel while delivering fine length on the moderately robust, austere and clearly built-to-age finale. This compact effort isn't especially elegant but should amply reward extended keeping.
