I recommend looking out for this, filled with loganberry and blackberry fruit, some hawthorn rusticity and juice, unfussy and extremely moreish. Located in St-Etienne de Lisse, Jean-Claude & Jean-François Berrouet consultants. 34% in amphoras, 17% new oak. (JA)

Aromas of dark and blue fruit with notes of lavender, light spices and walnut. Medium-bodied with velvety texture and fine-grained tannins. Vivid and fresh blue-fruited palate and chalky finish. 74% merlot and 26% cabernet franc. From organically grown grapes. Try after 2024.
