2023 Cliff Lede Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc

Estate-grown Sauvignon Blanc, Sémillon, and Sauvignon Musqué grapes are fermented and aged for six months in a mix of stainless steel and French oak, 29% of which is new. The wine is super crisp, showcasing focused acidity and fresh citrus-bright aromatics, with delicate, pure orchard fruit notes, elegant white florals, and a touch of salted Marcona almonds. The mid-palate develops fantastic richness, with the fruit deepening into flavours of lemon curd, offering a mouth-filling, unctuous quality. These are dynamic Napa Sauvignon Blancs with the structure and complexity to reward long-term cellaring and ageing. (JC)
