Bright medium yellow/green-hued, the Ferren 2021 Chardonnay Sonoma Coast has a gorgeous, fresh nose of bright flint, delicate oak spice, crystalline starfruit, fresh white flowers, and lime blossoms. Medium-bodied, it’s lovely on the palate, with a fantastic chalky texture and a great finish that gently tapers away. It’s long on the palate and is going to offer a wide drinking window over the coming 8-10 years.

Bright, focused and energetic, with quince, pear tart, tangerine and Honeycrisp apple notes on a sleek and juicy frame. Accents of almond blossoms and crystalline and candied citrus peel join a note of salted, preserved lemon and a whiff of lemon balm on the long finish, never losing that sense of energy.
