Using a base of grapes & corn, the Merrilees forage and grow only native California botanicals. Using mountain juniper, bay laurel, elderflower, coriander, orris root, citrus peel and other botanicals, they create a perfectly balanced gin with wild foraged and adapted native mountain botanicals for a unique flavor profile.
