A southern Rhône inspired blend of 44% Grenache, 42% Syrah and 14% Mourvèdre. Around 30% whole-cluster (Grenache and Syrah) native fermentation. Then aged in fully neutral oak barrels for 14 months. Another 2 months in tank for natural clarification. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
