Very pretty fruit-forward nose with ripe pears, some chalky white flowers, and a little touch of pineapple. The palate is deeper than expected, with a good line of acidity and a surprisingly nice texture, and while you could say the finish drops off earlier than you'd want it to, there's a lingering minerality that still manages to urge you onto the next sip. This is a very nice little Petit Chablis from a producer completely new to me, and I'm excited to taste the other offerings after trying this.

Refreshing and mineral, this Petit Chablis has lots to offer for its price. It's clean, crisp with a lovely ripe citrus, similar to Meyer lemon and pomelo. The acidity is bright but not overwhelming and wine is delicate enough to enjoy it without food or as an aperitif with a light snack. Perfect for summer sipping and a picnic!
