Beautiful fern, gentle yeast and fresh moss send green signals of freshness. The palate is a picture of smooth yeast, calm concentration and elongated freshness. Round, juicy and plump yet rigidly held in check by bracing acidity. Densely structured, with kumquat, green apple and yuzu flavors cut with chalky mineral notes. Ginger and sea salt play out on the long, winding finish. Shows firm definition. Drink now through 2032.
