A mix of barrel and tank elevage that’s blended and bottled ‘when it’s ready’Super aromatics – here are really inviting citrus high tones. Like the aligoté there’s a first wave of flavour that’s got some generosity but then the melting flavour brings more energy and quite some depth of flavour. Extra finishing intensity.
