The Duckhorn Chardonnay features fruit sourced from Carneros, Oak Knoll, Stags Leap District, and Atlas Peak, and was primarily barrel-fermented before being aged for nine months in 40% new French oak. Richly expressive, it offers creamy citrus, baked apple and pear fruit, with nuances of jasmine flowers and sweet, bright oak. White peach, apricot, and pineapple notes emerge on the softly textured, lavishly layered palate. (JC)
