Aged for 18 months in 40% new French oak, it exudes a deeply savory and mineral-driven aromatic profile—black truffle, smoked cedar, and dried oregano meld with blackberry preserves, cured black-peppered meats, and crushed basalt. On the palate, this Tempranillo is both powerful and finessed, revealing layers of macerated black cherries, balsamic-glazed short ribs, and espresso bean, all wrapped in a framework of vibrant acidity and polished tannins. The underlying stony minerality gives the wine an electric tension, balancing its full-bodied depth with remarkable freshness.
