Notes from the bottler: " The third bottle of this series is a 10-year-old Secret Lowland Single Malt. While we are not allowed to disclose the distillery on the label, its name starts with a "G". There are very few independently bottled expressions of this distillery and that's why we are so keen to have it in the bottle. This whisky was matured in a 2nd fill oloroso hogshead for a very long time, resulting in an unprecedented and unique profile of grilled kale, star anise, exotic spices, cherry liqueur and herbal liqueur. It shows us there are many possibilities in whisky making."
