With 19 mos in French, American and Hungarian oak, from hillside and benchland vineyards. With chewy tannins and an abundance of black fruit, there's a bit of an inviting nature about this wine that makes it easy to drink in its youth. It's mostly a Bordeaux blend, the Cabernet Franc that brings the eucalyptus and pyrazines to bring a touch of interest to an otherwise easily quaffable wine.

There's a charming freshness to the nose of this Cabernet that displays aromas of black cherry and herbal mélange. The palate displays ample tannin for aging, but also conveys plenty of lightness as well as flavors of rich plum jam, cocoa powder and graphite.
