Fabien Collonge is a young winemaker from Beaujolais. We met him on our recent trip to the region and he presented us with a rosé of Gamay that absolutely knocked our socks off. There is no pretense in his approach to winemaking; his goals are to create terroir-driven wines that are both fun and enjoyable.
