2023 Fabien Collonge Beaujolais Rosé

Fabien Collonge is a young winemaker from Beaujolais. We met him on our recent trip to the region and he presented us with a rosé of Gamay that absolutely knocked our socks off. There is no pretense in his approach to winemaking; his goals are to create terroir-driven wines that are both fun and enjoyable. This is a wine that's fresh, crisp, and clean on the palate with a supple weight and pure flavors of fresh strawberries and spice. This is the affordable rosé you need a case of for the warm months, and maybe a few bottles for the more pleasant fall evenings as well.
