Bresolin "Cabernet Sauvignon " DOC Montello Colli Asolani

This is just absolutely great Cabernet Sauvignon for this price. The fruit on the nose is just a little creamy, the oak is super well integrated into wine. Ripe blackberry, black cherry, just a little bit of dried and fresh herbs. The palate has such a really nice uplifted fruit, black cherry and blackberry are the foremost, but there's also a little strawberry as well, a little bit of those dried and fresh herbs, and then a nice and lingering finish with just a little bit of barrel spice on there. This is such an approachable and easy to drink bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon, and it's really delicious. It's definitely not a huge or explosive bottle, but it's got everything you really need, and it delivers it so pleasantly. As I'm sitting here writing, the finish is still going, and there's just this lovely little toast on the tip of my tongue. I might have to get a few of these.
