Elisabeth and Jean-Marie only made 400 of these magnums, and we only got 36 of them for the USA! It is all Chardonnay, half from Elisabeth's best plot in Aÿ and half Louvois from Jean-Marie's best plot. It is a very limey, Puligny-Montrachet-like expression of blanc de blancs, and dosed at just 4 grams per liter. -Gary Westby, K&L Champagne buyer
