Here the wood treatment is again agreeably subtle though not invisible on the ripe and fresh sauvage-inflected aromas of wild dark berries, violet and newly turned earth. There is excellent volume to the rich and well-muscled flavors that also display abundant minerality on the youthfully austere finale. This should amply reward a decade of cellaring and will need at least 5 to 6 years first. In a word, excellent. *Outstanding*
