The 2015 Ca' del Bosco "Annamaria Clementi" Cuvée Franciacorta Rosé Riserva is an exceptional sparkling wine made from 100% Pinot Nero (Pinot Noir) grapes. This Rosé Riserva represents the pinnacle of Ca' del Bosco’s sparkling wine production, with grapes sourced from old, organically farmed vineyards. The wine is aged on the lees for around 8 years, giving it incredible complexity and elegance. In the glass, it shows a beautiful coral pink hue. On the nose, you'll find aromas of red berries like raspberry and red currant, alongside hints of toasted bread, almonds, and pink grapefruit.
