Founded by winemaker Dave Phinney in 1998, Orin Swift Cellars takes its name from his father’s middle name, Orin, and his mother’s maiden name, Swift. Palermo is the producer’s Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, with the 2022 release bearing the broad Napa Valley appellation.
