The first whiff of the glass hits you with, well, flowers. Lemon blossom in particular dominates, alongside aromas of pineapple, river stone and quince. The palate is awash in beautiful citrusy acidity that vibrates with flavors of Meyer lemon, green apple, and pineapple sage. (TC)

The bass line of this aromatic show is provided by intense lemon tones of verbena, freshly chopped ginger, and a concentrated presence of salty ocean air.
