Skouras is a very good Greek winery. Assyrtiko is one of the best world class grapes from Greece. This Assyrtiko has a nose that is pure and clean, with a subtle hint of fresh and dried citrus. In the mouth, it is delicate, pure, soft and dry. There s a nice crisp finish. Wonderful alone it will also go well with salads and light foods.
