Founded in 2002 by Chilean vintner Aurelio Montes, Kaiken takes its name from a wild goose that crosses the Andes between Chile and Argentina. This 2022 Torrontés comes from Cafayate in Argentina’s Salta province, a high-elevation winegrowing area closely associated with the country’s signature white grape.
