Project M's "Personify" Pinot is one of the most deliciously quaffable bottles of Pinot Noir I've come across in recent months. It possesses wonderful purity, ripe, but elegant fruit, exotic spices, a rose petal like floral lift, and subtle dusty red earth notes. Such a polished and eminently drinkable wine, with red fruits, baking spice, woodsy tones, sassafras, cola, and bramble leaf. The texture is pure silk, fresh, bright, juicy, vibrant. Excellent Pinot Noir that is instantly expressive and just so darn easy to drink! It's all well and good having big, powerful, structured wines to line the cellar, decant before a special meal, and ponder for hours...but it's just as important to have everyday wines, of excellent quality, you can pop and pour on a moments notice. I can see my wife and I drinking many bottles of this beauty over the next few months, cheers!
