This is a very exciting wine, starting with its light pink-orange color and continuing into the pink grapefruit, Asian pear and Pink Lady apple aromas. The palate is where it takes off, zipping through all the pink flavors, from stonefruit to grapefruit, proving quite invigorating. Serve with dim sum if you're lucky.
