Only 5,000 bottles of this vintage Champagne were made by the Derot family. It is a blend of half each Chardonnay and Meunier, vinified in enamel-lined stainless steel, all from their own estate. It is dosed at the bottom level of brut, just 7 grams per liter. I love the nougat, brioche and clean pear aromas of this classy, perfectly balanced vintage wine! —Gary Westby, K&L Champagne buyer
