97 points, Mosel Fine Wines: "Besides a possible auction lot, Weingut Fritz Haag produces in most vintages two different bottlings of Juffer-Sonnenuhr Auslese GK which carry the AP09 and AP12 (#12 on the label) whereby the AP12 is made from riper and creamier fruit with often a touch more botrytis. This 2015er Auslese GK #12 exhibits a BA styled aromatic profile with notes of honey, dried exotic fruits, tar, smoke, vanilla and baked apple. A gorgeously pure impact of botrytis made of oily notes of marzipan and nut paste come through on the palate. These are then superbly well balanced out by intense zesty fruits. The finish is hauntingly long and pure. All this adds to the “Auslese lange GK” character of this wine. But what a head-turner!" (10/2016)
