Dos Boots Castilla (Israel Palestino Cruz) Ancestral San Juan Bautista Jayacatlan Oaxacan Mezcal (750ml)

From the famous ancestral producing village of Jayacatlan, this rare expression of Agave Angustifolia was hand harvested by the Maestro in his fields and roasted under ground before being crushed on a tahona. The fermentation occurs naturally in large ceramic amphora and distillation is also in clay. The resulting 132 bottles are vibrant and bold with rich citrus and tropical fruit aromas coupled with an intense mineral character.
