Floral and very ripe, this is packed with pear and peach fruit, yet to dwell only on the fruit would be to miss the true character of this wine. All of its ripeness is held in bold, mineral-driven tension, the soil notes and acid structure giving the wine a sense of urgency and rooting it firmly to its vineyard.
