Château de la Charrière is the family property of Yves Girardin, scion of one the most established families in Burgundy, with a history extending back 13 generations. Yves and his son Benoit farm 21.5 hectares of domaine holdings, and since Benoit has taken over the winemaking after finished his studies in Beaune and Bordeaux, the wines have truly taken on a refined and focused character that belies their incredibly affordable price points. We've been direct importing these wines for a number of years now, and they've more than capably stood up as some of the greatest Burgundy values in the store, vintage after vintage.
