2023 Exit West Lake County Sauvignon Blanc

This wine is lively, with aromas of lemon zest, tangerine, white blossoms and dried herbs on the nose. The flavors on the palate are youthful yellow apple, white grapefruit and allspice, interlaced with melon, bright acidity and a dry, long finish. Pair with pan-seared crab cakes and mango salsa. (TP)
