The 2023 G de Château Guiraud has a perfumed bouquet with light tropical scents, although there is a bit of oak that shaves away some of its complexity. The palate is malic on the entry and lightly spiced, with a touch of lemongrass and pear on the finish. It could do with more length, but I appreciate the intensity. (NM)
