Review Date: 11/2021Fine pale lemon and lime. This is very classy on the nose, less sun-drenched than Garenne. Ripe lemon notes, quality white fruit behind, a fresh crystalline finish, then the fruit returns behind. There is a lot going on here. Very persistent.

The 2020 Puligny-Montrachet Champ Canet 1er Cru has a taut, crushed stone, fern scented bouquet, light Granny Smith apple scents emerging with time. The palate is well balanced with a fine bead of acidity, fresh and vibrant with good tension and poise on the finish. Excellent. (NM)
