Carboniste's Carbo-Nation combines 2021, 2022, and 2023 vintages. The blend is 41% Albarino, 21% Pinot noir, 14% Chardonnay, plus small amounts of Pinot Grigio and Chenin Blanc. The base wines are barrel fermented in neutral oak, then blended and bottle fermented. The wine is not non-disgorged and has a small amount of naturally occuring sediment. Zero dosage.
