Lithe and subtle at first, but opens up at midpalate to display its complexity and range, featuring nuances of dandelion, elderberry, lime and quince blossom. Never too fruity, this is delicate and gentle on the palate, despite its youth. Very harmonious and keeps it focus on the spice-infused finish. (AZ)
