The Don Vicente Extra Anejo just took home Best in Class for all Tequila at the prestigious San Francisco Spirtis Competition (and obviously Doubld Gold as well) in 2023 and is aged for a minimum of 3 years in American white oak. Even with all that time in barrel, the sweet cooked Blue Weber agave comes through with incredible clairty - a testament to the quality produced at the distillery. Cooking is done in brick ovens, crush via tahona, fermentation in stainless steel and distillation on copper pots.
