This unique release form EIgashima Shuzo is a sherry cask finished version of their classic blended Akashi whisky and bottled at the higher proof of 50% ABV. The beautifully blended whisky is a constant dance between floral sweetness, saline dryness, and gentle smoke. Average age: 5 years old. 10ppm. 50% ABV. Aged for 3 years in a variety of barrels and finished for 2 years in sherry cask.
