Emigdio Jarquin has produced just a few rare liters of wild agave distillates. The first ever release of Arroqueno for him is made from teh massive 350 pound pinas which take 15-20 years to mature depending on location. Ground with tahona and fermented in pine wood vats Emigdio operates a 250 liter copper still. His arroqueno has amazing floral notes as well as granite, ash, sweet roasted agave, saddle leather, and fresh peppermint.
