An insane value for a robust and umami driven Yamahai Tokubetsu Junmai Muroka Genshu. This un-charcoal filterd, undiluted, single tank is kmade by an iconoclastic producer who insists on forgoing most of heh finishing steps in making sake. An extraordinary food pairing sake this is wonderful at all temperatures and is another item that belies the myth that 'all quality sake is served cold.' It is full bodied and has heavy umami flavors.
